EARRINGS AND PERFUME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE !!!
All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition sold. We cannot cover the cost of postage returned back to us, this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
All items must:
- Be unwashed
- Have all labels attached
- Be unused/ not worn
- Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
- Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc
*We recommend returning items through a trackable method as we cannot issue a refund on items that are not received or lost in transit in return to us. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Shop Queenies reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer.
Exchanges – Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you I’m afraid. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
